The Clinell Training Package includes an Ultraviolet Torch Kit which consists of a powerful 28 LED ultraviolet torch, two non-permanent, ultra violet, water soluble wax stick pens and 25g of ultraviolet powder.
It is designed as a training tool to enable healthcare professionals to learn about high touch surfaces and transference in a practical setting. High touch surfaces are those that have frequent contact with hands and are found to harbour the most microorganisms.
It is essential that all surfaces and equipment are cleaned properly, but as hands are the most common mechanism of transferring microorganisms from one surface to another, particular importance should be given to these high touch surfaces.
